An Events Co-ordinator is a crucial role within a business, as it involves managing and delivering successful events in order to meet the needs and expectations of the client. It is the Events Co-ordinators responsibility to create event proposals to fit the client’s requirements and presenting their ideas within a specific deadline. Qualifying for an Events Co-ordinator role
To be successful in an Events Co-ordinator, the ideal candidate should be able to plan various aspects of an event, have strong verbal and written communication skills and possess invaluable organisation skills to ensure the smooth running of numerous events within a variety of venues. You must possess an understanding of financial budgets, be able to demonstrate your experience in team management and have excellent attention to detail. To be considered for a role as an Events Co-ordinator, a degree in Event Planning, Business or Marketing is preferred.
