Multilingual Agent Jobs

A challenging position in the contact centre industry is Multilingual Agent jobs.  Multilingual Agents jobs usually require you to have experience of customer service, as well as being fluent in two languages.

Multilingual Agent jobs involve you answering continual calls from members of the general public with a confident telephone manner.  Multilingual Agent jobs may be required to sell products and therefore sales experience is often desirable. 

Targets are set if you have a Multilingual agent job and this will measure the number of calls answered, the length of time you were on a call, the level of sales or customer service you provided the caller.  

Job requirements for Multilingual Agent jobs

  • be fluent in a minimum of two languages
  • have experience in a customer service environment
  • confident telephone manner
  • sales experience preferred
