Could not recommend stafffinders enough. I met with Chloe, and already she had me in mind for a position that had just come up. She organised the interview, and I was successful. Throughout the temping experience she was always readily available with advice, or help. I am now a permanent employee and could not have done it without stafffinders.
Thank you so much Chloe x
Inbound Customer Service Jobs in Contact Centres
In an Inbound Customer Service role, the candidate will make and receive calls to and from customers or clients providing answers to questions and queries related to the company's products or services. Using the often bespoke system inbound and outbound customer service agents will deal with incoming and outbound calls providing first class customer service on behalf of their company.
Often fast paced and target driven, inbound customer service agents will have a strong customer service background and exceptional listening and communication skills in order to assist all incoming calls effectively and efficiently.
What kind of person makes a good customer service agent?
Many contact centres will rely on both inbound and outbound customer service and sales agents to work within a team with a common goal requiring each agent to be a team player.
They will be motivated by a busy, interactive environment and be interested in assisting people. Sometimes dealing with complaints, a customer service agent will be able to remain calm in sometimes pressurised and stressful situations, all the time remaining professional and imparting the correct advice according to company policies.
