Contact Centre Customer Retention Advisor Jobs might be the way forward. You'll be speaking to customers who have cancelled their policy or missed a payment and you'll be making outbound calls to understand their reasons for cancelling. You'll spend time helping the customer understand the value in their cover and ensure the family remains protected. Customers need advice and service on any day, at any time so you need to be really flexible.

Experience for Customer Retention Advisor Jobs

Being a confident communicator is a must and you will need to be a great listener, with strong rapport building skills.

With extensive training, and a good working knowledge of computer usage, you should have the tools necessary to thrive on outperforming targets. 

Expected salary and work conditions

Pay Rate tends to vary according to contact centre organisation but there is almost always commission on offer. The working hours will be 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis working anytime between Monday to Friday or Saturday and Sunday. Much depends on the nature of the client business as to when you will be required to be on call.
