Contact Centre Operations Manager Jobs
Contact centre operations managers report to the operations director within a contact centre. Operations managers may be required to have on-line experience, contact centre experience and perhaps experience of working internationally. The manager of contact centre operations will oversee the day to day management of the team and is responsible for connecting the support functions to both the business and the internal/external suppliers. They will be responsible for capital expenditure budgeting including maintenance contracts and the negotiation of service level agreements with suppliers as well as providing 24 x 7 support to the contact centre.
The salary for a contact centre manager is usually around £29,000. Their working hours can vary but may be unsocial times depending on the opening hours of the contact centre.
What do you need to be a Contact Centre Manager?
- experienced in problem solving
- able to work to tight deadlines
- have exceptional organisation ability
- have excellent IT skills
- have an understanding of networking and internet principles (advantageous)
