A Production Supervisor job plays a critical role in overseeing the manufacturing or production process within a company. They are responsible for managing the entire production process, ensuring that production schedules are met. Relevant work experience in manufacturing or production is crucial; starting in entry-level roles such as production worker or machine operator provides valuable insights into production processes.
