Our Charity Work

At Stafffinders, we are passionate about helping our local community flourish. Every second year, we choose a charity close to our hearts that affects our community and do all we can to help them improve the lives of others. In 2016 and 2017, we sponsored Cash for Kids and raised £3085.05 which helped local children realise their potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Last year our Paisley office chose Recovery Across Mental Health, RAMH and will continue to provide them with valuable support this year. RAMH support over 4,000 people across Scotland with mental health issues. 1 in 6 Scottish people have experienced poor mental health and RAMH work tirelessly to promote mental wellbeing for all.

Our Edinburgh office sponsors Canongate Youth, a charity who work with young people aged 5-25 to help them overcome barriers and secure a great future.

In support of our chosen charities, we volunteer our time, skills and expertise, enabling them to expand their reach and appeal. When combined with ongoing financial support, this significantly improves the quality of partnership.

From social media workshops, employability support to donations and fundraising events such as bake sales, 10K runs and dress down days, we provide a range of support.

Our team are committed to creating a sustainable and greener future within our business and community. Within both our Paisley and Edinburgh offices we have introduced a successful recycling initiative to reduce our environmental impact.

Reduce, Reuse and Recycle

We are working hard to reduce our paper usage in the office. For example, we recently implemented an advanced online timesheet, S-Hub, to eliminate our use of paper timesheets and to make the payment process easier for our candidates.
