Douglas's role

With 14 years of experience gained within some of the top kitchens in the UK and time in the food manufacturing industry,

Douglas has acquired an in-depth understanding of our clients’ needs as he has been on the other side as a head chef.
Previously to joining Stafffinders, Douglas held 3 AA rosettes as a chef and worked at the number 2 rated restaurant in the world in 2008.

Since joining Stafffinders in January 2014, Douglas has been ensuring a provision of high
calibre candidates and service to our valued clients.
Douglas joined our team at Stafffinders, as he wanted to remain close the hospitality industry but experience the work-life balance. He
is a member of the REC he holds the CertRP in recruitment practice gained in 2015.

Douglas provides chefs on temporary and permanent basis to kitchens in the hospitality sector.

What Douglas does outside of work

"Douglas likes going to concerts and cinema regularly, playing guitar. Cooking at home and trying new dishes, eating out in a variety of restaurants, Netflix and chilling!
