Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) enforces the highest professional qualifications in the development and management of land, property, construction and infrastructure.
There are two RICS professional qualifications:

  1. Associate Surveyor (AssocRICS)

  2. Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)

Expected Salary 

A career as a surveyor can see you earning higher than average but initially, the Trainee Surveyor can expect a salary package between £18,000 to £25,000.
