5k race details

The race will begin in front of the lovingly restored stables winding its way past Mugdock Castle and the beautiful Mugdock loch before looping back to the courtyard to the finish line. 

Runners and those cheering them on can take in beautiful countryside views as well as being watched from the sidelines by the park’s resident Highland cattle herd.

Mugdock Country Park offers a great day out for all the family with 750 acres of unspoilt countryside.
Entry and parking to the park is free to everyone.

Mugdock Park is situated only 10 miles from Glasgow near Milngavie village. Although extra parking is being provided it can become crowded and car pooling is suggested if possible.

We suggest you arrive with reasonable time to spare to avoid delays at the entrance to the park.
