An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a part of fast growing business!

We are looking for Telesales Agents to join our client an expanding outsourcer call centre, on a full time temporary basis with a view to becoming a permanent position after 13 weeks. Our client is based in Uddingston, Glasgow (parking available).

Responsibilities & Duties

• Dealing with in & out bound telephone enquires
• Maintaining a high standard of customer care
• A proactive approach to cross selling
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Computer literate
• Experience within a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.

We are looking for confident & enthusiastic people with excellent communication skills. Full and comprehensive training is provided.
