Our Client, One of the most successful restaurants in Scotland is now recruiting for a Sous Chef.

The role will be for a Sous chef for this large brasserie restaurant, the main responsibilities are:

- Help with the creation of the seasonal menu

- Cover the Head Chefs day off

- Ensure that all food is produced to the already very high standards.

- Train and mentor the junior chefs within the brigade.

- Run service smoothly and efficiently

The ideal candidate for this role will have good experience as a Sous Chef in a similar role. Be creative and imaginative, be able to lead and also energise a brigade. Most of all be passionate about the catering industry
