A GREAT OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN FOR A SOUS CHEF IN THIS AWARD WINNING RESTAURANT ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF THE CAPITAL.

The role would be to join the newly appointed Head Chef and lead the brigade forward. Your main responsibilities would be to ensure that all standards are met and exceeded, managing the brigade to their full potential, maintain a healthy GP through good stock control and to deputise for the head chef in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have good experience as managing a large brigade, be creative, ambitious and have a genuine desire to work at the very highest level.
