This great hotel based in Aberdeenshire is recruiting for a Sous Chef to join their brigade, to create stunning food and help drive the business forward.
The role is to join the strong brigade as Sous Chef, in which you will lead in the Head Chefs absence. You will be responsible for service, health and hygiene standards, creation of menu's, training of the junior chefs, and ensuring that the standards remain very high.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Sous from within a hotel environment. You will show good leadership qualities, have good kitchen financial knowledge, be creative, be flexible in your approach to work and show commitment and passion to your work.
