We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join a 4 star contemporary city centre property.
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for a team of up to 25 full and part time staff, increasing F and B sales, interacting with customers and ensuring the high service standards set by the hotel are met. You will also liaise with other departmental heads and work closely with the GM in promoting and developing the business.
The ideal candidate for this Restaurant Manager role will have supervisory experience and is maybe looking for the next move or someone currently in a Restaurant Manager role. In addition you will be fully aware of all health and safety legislation and COSHH regulation, are able to deal with and communicate to a variety of different clientele and motivate and lead your team.
This is a great opportunity for someone as the Hotel is going through a refurbishment and the restaurant is looking to achieve Rosettes within the year.
