The role would be to lead the Pastry team producing all the requirements for this venue. Lead the brigade ensuring that all food is up to the very highest standard, design and implement new ideas within the kitchen and ensure the reputation of this venue maintains at its already very high standard.

The ideal candidate will have great knowledge of pastry and baking, be capable of leading a team, show initiative and be very creative.
