Pastry Chef de Partie

Stafffinders? client is on the look out for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie, to join their award winning brigade and to produce all breads, desserts, ice cream, sorbets, and petit fours.

The role will be to work closely with the Head Chef, and brigade, to create food of the very highest standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role will be to produce all breads, ice creams and desserts for the extremely busy restaurant, and also for functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working solely in the pastry section, have experience making breads, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to work alone as well as part of a team, be creative with menu design, show the aptitude to reach all financial targets set.
