Paralegal - Trustees and Executry

We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join a Trustees and Executry team as part of an international auditing, accounting taxation consultancy.

As part of the overall Trustees Service you will be providing technical support in all aspects of Executry admin, including legal and fiscal implications. You will also ensure cases are being administered to a very high standard, monitor fee income, liaise with estate members, prepare and submit management reports, liaise with the Head of Trustees Services and provide additional advice on regulatory matters such as Money laundering, Data protection and information security.

The ideal candidate must have Trust and Executry experience with a sound knowledge of legal and fiscal legislation and its effects within Executries.
