We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy, stylish, small hotel on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

As Sous chef, you will be part of a small dedicated team working with fresh local produce only. The restaurant is consistently busy with a good quality bistro style menu.

The ideal candidate should have experience of being able to produce a good quality of food with volume. I addition you should be a team player, reliable and hard working.

The salary is 18,000 with bonus and a share of tips. the shift pattern is 5 out of 7.
