Two rosette hotel requires a sous chef to run their new bar.
The bar has been totally refurbished and is going to be all fresh food from the surrounding area.
The chef applying for this position will be experienced in cooking all variety’s of fresh fish. You will also be able to work as part of the team as the kitchens are joined.
The chef filling this role will be looking to progress in his career to the next level. some experience is preferred but not essential.
