Our client a large established organisation within the Renfrewshire area are looking for a CIPD qualified HR Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary contract,the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
For the role candidates must posses the following
a CIPD qualification in personal practice working within an HR role or within an HR environment.
Experience of maintaining databases and charts using excel
spreadsheets,access, organisational charts,visio or power point.
You will work closely and report to the HR Manager ensuring all HR paperwork and employee information is maintained and accurate.
Liaise with payroll and HR department efficiently
Assist inductions of new employees
Ensure staff absences,holidays and time off are logged and payroll are advised
Ensure HR database is maintained regarding training courses and job changes.
All other HR related duties as and when required.
Hours of work are Mon-Fri 8.30am until 5.30pm
Salary 8.50— 9.00ph depending on experience.
