Customer Service Advisor – NO SELLING!!!
?12,200 bonus OTE up to ?22,000

Contract ASAP – 31 October (possibly longer)

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors for our client, a major financial services organisation on a full time contract basis. Our client is based in Cumbernauld, Glasgow (parking available).

Day shift – NO LATE NIGHTS!!!

Responsibilities & Duties

*Dealing with in & out bound telephone enquires
*Maintaining a high standard of customer care
*Deal with any complaints in a confident manner

*Computer literate
*Experience within a call centre or customer service role is essential

We are looking for confident & enthusiastic people with excellent communication skills. Full and comprehensive training is provided.
