Contract ASAP – 31 October (possibly longer)
We are looking for Customer Assistance Advisors for our client, a major financial services organisation on a full time contract basis. Our client is based in Cumbernauld, Lanarkshire (parking available). This position will be working within the collections department. Working hours are 12.30 ? 21.30, some weekends are included.
Responsibilities & Duties
*Dealing with in & out bound collections
*Negotiation, collection, and processing of payments
*Agreeing payment with the customer or their representative, whilst ensuring all contact information is up to date
*Contacting appropriate third parties such as debt collection agencies and solicitors to determine location information
*Maintaining a high standard of customer care
*Good communications skills and excellent telephone manner with the ability to handle complex enquiries
*Minimum one-year?s Contact Centre experience would be beneficial but not essential
*Basic PC skills
*Determination, Assertive and confident in own abilities
