Outstanding opportunity to join a growing team with an established reputation within a leading Aberdeen firm for a corporate transactional solicitor.

You will join an active team led by three Partners and enjoy advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, MBOs and MBIs, provide advice and assitance on refinancing, debt and equity matters, group restructuring and refinancing, joint ventures and due dilligence. As a corporate solicitor you will be able to provide sound advice on the formation of general partnerships and LLPs in addition to acting on behalf of other professional partnerships. The corporate department also handle matters of employee share schemes and incentives.
