Impressive Legal 500 practice has a vacancy for an assistant in their market leading corporate finance team based in their central Edinburgh office.

With a minimum of two years experience in a similar environment you will have solid experience as corporate finance solicitor and be used to dealing with all aspects of general corporate finance including M&A's, private equity and joint ventures. You will enjoy a caseload of high profile corporate transactions from SME's, PLC's to public bodies.
