Corporate Assistant Solicitor

Excellent opportunity for a corporate transactional solicitor to join the growing team at a Legal 500 with offices in the heart of Glasgow city centre.

As a corporate solicitor you will have experience in a broad range of corporate commercial matters, particularly mergers & acquisitions, management buy-outs, corporate finance and commercial contracts. The role involves a varied range of commercial work for clients in the public and private sector ranging from small entrepreneurs to large scale multi-national organisations.

You will be an enthusiastic individual able to take responsibility for your own workload, capable of working on your own you will be able to work to a high level of detail with a minimum of supervision. There is a great deal of client contact with this role and you should be able to interact well with colleagues and clients with an emphasis on building up a level of client trust.
