Ideal opportunity for a newly or recently qualified canddiate to carve out a rewarding career as a contentious construction solicitor with a Legal 500 firm in Edinburgh.

You will assist contractors, developers and consultants by giving strategic and tactical advice to try and avoid formal proceedings where a dispute arises. You will also gain experience in all forms of construction dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and where all else fails, court proceedings.

The sucessful candidate will join a friendly, collegiate team offering resposnibility and the opportunity to apply commercial awareness to clients needs from the outset. It is essential that you are a team player with strong negotiation skills and eager to get involved with all aspects of business development.
