Excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a top ranked Chambers firm in Edinburgh.

The role entails the purchase and sale of all forms of commercial and investment properties, advising both Landlords and Tenants on commercial leases, and advising on legal and title issues for property development. In addition you will work as part of a team of commercial property solicitors serving key clients with varied portfolios including interests in marine and minerals work.

Ideally you will be a commercial property solicitor with a minimum of one years experience within general commercial property work who has a strong client care attitude. Experience of commercial leasing is an advantage although not necessary as training will be given. It is essential that you are a strong team player and individual performer.
