We are looking for Collections Agents for our client, a major financial services organisation on a full time contract basis. Our client is based in Cumbernauld, Lanarkshire (parking available). This position will be working within the collections department. Working hours are 12.30 ? 21.30, some weekends are included.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Dealing with in & out bound collections
• Negotiation, collection, and processing of payments
• Agreeing payment with the customer or their representative, whilst ensuring all contact information is up to date
• Contacting appropriate third parties such as debt collection agencies and solicitors to determine location information
• Maintaining a high standard of customer care
• Good communications skills and excellent telephone manner with the ability to handle complex enquiries
• Minimum one-year?s Contact Centre experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Basic PC skills
• Determination, Assertive and confident in own abilities
