THIS EDINBURGH CITY CENTRE FOUR STAR HOTEL REQUIRES A CHEF DE PARTIE, TO JOIN THE BRIGADE AND DRIVE TOWARDS THEIR FIRST ROSETTE.

The role will be to slide into this brigade and help develop the skills and menu, so that they can achieve their goal of a rosette. You will have active daily menu planning, help train the brigade, control stock levels and egt top training from the Head Chef.

The ideal candidate will come from a hotel background and have experience as a chef de partie, be creative and have a passiona and willingness to learn.
