Located in the city centre this awe-inspiring venue is fast becoming the most talked about place in Scotland.

THE ROLE:

- Work alongside the Head Chef and his award winning brigade

- Ensure that you work to the utmost of your abilities

- Ensure that all policies and procedures are met

- Help create the menu’s, and maintain and exceed the expected GP.

- Help develop and train the junior chefs

THE CANDIDATE:

- Will have experience working as a Chef de partie in a high quality establishment

- Be creative and imaginative with the finest ingredients

- Be able to show the willingness to learn and develop
