This beautiful hotel in a stunning location is looking for a Chef de Partie for their award winning kitchen.

The role is to join the six strong brigade, to produce food of the highest quality. The hotel currently has Rosettes awarded to it and they are looking to drive forward for more awards. As Chef de Partie you will ensure that your section is ran to the chefs standards and that all policies and procedures are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Chef de Partie in a Rosette environment, be able to show in ingenuity with menu planning, be a team player as well as being able to work alone. You will have to ability to train junior chefs and want to develop yourself under a top brigade.
