The role is to join the team with the restaurant kitchen to produce food of the very highest quality. You will have input into new menu's be responsible for your section and the supervision of Junior Chefs.
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Chef de Partie in a well respected establishment, be professional, creative, be able to work alone as well as part of a team.
