We have a fantastic opportunity for a Liquor Manager at Edinburgh’s leading hospitality and events company. With some of the most stunning and prestigious locations in the city , this is a genuine opportunity to work at the top end of the market.
As Liquor Manager you will be heading up large teams at a variety of events which will include corporate and private clients. You will be heavily involved in both recruiting and training your staff to a very high standard.
The ideal candidate in addition to having a Liquor licence must also have experience of large banqueting functions, have strong leadership qualities, have experience of client facing and of course have operated to a very high standard.
