Banking Solicitor

Opening for a banking solicitor to join the Edinburgh team of one of Scotland's largest banking practices.

You will join a highly motivated and friendly team who are recognised leaders in the banking and finance field and advise a variety of lenders and borrowers across the UK on a wide range of finance work including acquisition, property finance and asset finance. Clients on the lender side include established financial institutions across Europe and the team act for a number of corporate borrowers across a range of sectors.

The successful candidates will posses a high degree of commercial acumen, drive and enthusiasm in addition to core competencies including the ability to draft accurately to tight timescales. Relevant experience is preferred although full training is on offer to candidates from a more general corporate or property background wishing to specialise.
