A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator in the Construction and Projects Department in one of Scotland?s leading law firms. The firm is an Investor in People and all staff are encouraged to train and develop towards achievement of the firm?s business goals.
Key responsibilities for this role;
? Support and assist partners with administration on client projects, including attendance at meetings
? Monitor the partners? diaries and deadlines, including travel management
? Maintain and monitor fee charging reports and control ledger balances, resolving anomalies and liaising with the cash room on billing processes as appropriate
? Control, update and maintain databases
? Prepare meetings minutes and task updates
The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be confident and outgoing. Be highly professional with a drive for high standards, have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines will be key as well as the ability to be technically proficient in a range of Microsoft products.
