Responsibilities within your new role as Kitchen Porter
- Supporting the kitchen team in setting up and tidying kitchen areas before, during, and after service.
- Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently.
- Ensuring a sanitary workspace while washing dishes, utensils, and kitchenware.
- Sweeping and mopping floors regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Providing assistance to chefs and servers as needed.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking an ideal candidate with at least 6 months of experience as a Kitchen Porter. The successful applicant should demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation even during busy periods.
