Responsibilities within your new role as Head Chef
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes consistently.
- Mentor and develop junior chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain optimal levels of stock control and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all COSHH, HACCP, and EHO guidelines for food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate closely with management to exceed company standards and guest expectations.
