Responsibilities within your new role as Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operation of the venue.
- Act as the Manager's deputy in their absence.
- Conduct staff training sessions and mentor new team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Supervise restaurant staff to maintain high standards of performance.
