Site agent jobs (manager) is the person in charge of a building contract. Site agent jobs role involves being aware and in control of all aspects of site operations, including the planning of site progress. Site agent jobs who has the key responsibility for both the profitability of operations and adherence to the agreed construction and cost plans. Site agent jobs also responsible for leading meetings with everyone involved from the workforce to the client, maintaining quality control procedures, conducting safety checks and solving problems on site. Most building sites, the site agent will be qualified to ONC, HNC, HND level or higher in civil engineering or a related subject.
