Biochemist

Biochemist would use knowledge of biochemistry in testing according to protocols and using Good Laboratory Practice
General experience with pharmaceutical agents and fundamental in vitro assay techniques is desirable
Analysis of samples by using routine biochemical assays
They normally work in teams with other scientists and technicians, and use complex, computer-controlled equipment
They conduct experiments, make observations, write up their work in reports and present scientific papers
Generally biochemist would be required to have a BSc in Biochemistry or related discipline
